Eddy & Freddy – Youth Culture Agency

‘Eddy & Freddy is the Google Translate for Boomers to understand what Gen Z’ers mean’. That’s basically what E&F does; help out companies who want to reach- or work with younger people. They identify themselves as a ‘Youth Culture Agency’. 

So, what did the client ask for?

As a start-up they needed a clear, bold and popping visual identity. How do you combine amazement (Boomers) and value (Gen Z)? What’s a ‘menty b’? What does ‘Slay’ mean? Let’s start with a clear, bold and outspoken visual identity. Flashy colors combined with bold typography and a visual language that tells a story.

And what is it they got?

Well, Eddy & Freddy got exactly that. A clear and bold ‘in your face’- identity consisting of an outspoken color palette, beefy type and a conceptual visual language. Eddy & Freddy unearth the value that lies within youth culture, hence the metaphorical gemstones. Unearthing this value can be messy, hard work. Best have a company that specializes in doing just that!
